We make every effort to make our prices very attractive from the competition. Our services are always priced individually after determining the scope of works based on the area of the premises, received photos and information and after consultation with the Client. We provide services in Warsaw and nearby areas. We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable advance in the case of a client resigning from the service. After the service is completed, the advance payment is deducted from the total price for the service provided. We prefer payment before or immediately after the service. An additional impact on the price of the service may have an in-place contamination level inconsistent with the State declared by the Client. In the table below, we have presented a list of services provided along with approximate prices depending on the floor area and the scope of duties.

We offer cleaning of flats, single-family houses, offices and other commercial premises. Cleaning according to the client's needs is carried out in two variants: the basic one which guarantees cleaning the apartment and everyday equipment, and the extended one also including window cleaning, laundry with ironing and disinfecting the premises with a professional disinfectant. When providing extended services, we provide basic cleaning products such as washing up liquid, window cleaner, cleaning lotion, dishcloth and dishcloth.
Please note that the service is usually performed by only one employee. By prior arrangement, an additional person may come. We usually work on the equipment and cleaning agents provided by the customer. For an additional fee, we can purchase and deliver specialized cleaning products and small equipment.
The time needed to perform the clean-up service depends on the degree of soiling and the number of activities to be performed. We assumed that the time needed for a comprehensive clean up of the premises:
The price for one man-hour of the person who comes to clean the premises depends on the time (number of hours) spent on the proper performance of the service and whether the cleaning service is performed in the basic or extended variant:

All services are priced and we accept payments in Polish zlotys (PLN). By prior arrangement, there is also a possibility of valuation the service in another currency (USD, EUR, GBP) according to the current average exchange rate on the website of the National Bank of Poland.
For our regular customers, we give discounts on services performed counting from the next ordered service. For services provided once a week, the discount is 20%, while for services provided monthly the discount is 10% of the price of the order.

Washing dishes - an activity classified as the basic services, consisting in washing dirty dishes, cutlery and other items used for preparing and serving meals in the dishwasher if available at the premises, or manually if necessary.
Washing fittings - an activity classified as the basic services, consisting in washing bathroom fittings such as a faucet, washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet bowl and bathroom cabinets using dedicated cleaning agents.
Cleaning equipment - an activity classified as basic services, consisting in washing everyday utensils such as a microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, kitchen cabinets using dedicated cleaning agents.
Vacuuming floors - an activity classified as the basic services and is usually performed dry, consisting in mechanical cleaning of carpets and rugs with a vacuum cleaner.
Floor cleaning - an activity classified as basic service and usually performed wet, consisting in manual cleaning of floors with a mop using dedicated cleaning agents.
Dust wiping - an activity classified as the basic services and performed dry or wet, removing dust from surfaces and household appliances with the use of an appropriate broom or a damp cloth.
Laundry and ironing - activities classified as the extended services, consisting in washing clothes in the washing machine using washing agents provided by the Client, and then ironing them with an iron.
Window cleaning - an activity classified as an extended service, consisting in washing windows using dedicated cleaning agents.
Disinfection of premises - an activity classified as the extended services, consisting in disinfecting the premises with a dedicated disinfectant for professional use, using a sprayer.
Cleaning products - a service included in the extended services, ensuring the delivery of their own cleaning products by the cleaning employee. Typically, this service includes the supply of dishwashing liquid, cleaning liquid or lotion, window cleaner and unused dishwashing cloth and dishwasher.
Additional person - a service treated as an optional service, providing an additional cleaning employee for the duration of the service in the premises with an area of more than 200 square meters. An additional person allows you to shorten the time allocated to cleaning the premises.
Lawn mowing - an optional service consisting in mowing the lawn mechanically with an electric or petrol lawn mower. The service is priced individually.
Garden works - an optional service consisting in caring for plants (weeding, raking, pruning, etc.) surrounding a residential or commercial building, with the use of tools provided by the Client. The service is priced individually.
Cleanup works - an optional service consisting in cleaning the area around a residential or commercial building, such as removing litter or sweeping the pavement, etc. The service is priced individually.
Snow removal - an optional service consisting in clearing snow from the pavement and the area adjacent to a residential or commercial building, using the tools provided by the Client. Additionally, the service may include sprinkling the cleared area with salt or sand. The service is priced individually.
Cleaning after renovation - an optional service consisting in cleaning facilities after the renovation. The service is priced individually.
Non-standard services - other optional services not listed on the website, agreed between the client and the cleaner.
Food products - an additional service related to basic grocery shopping, usually in the store closest to the Client's promises.
Non-food products - an additional service related to making larger purchases, including both food and non-food products, usually associated with a visit to a supermarket away from the Client's premises.
Matters at the office - an additional service performed at the express request of the Client, aimed at settling minor official matters.
Matters at the post office - an additional service performed at the express request of the Client, aimed at settling small matters at the post office, such as posting a letter or parcel, receiving a notification, paying the bill, etc.
Collection parcels - an additional service performed at the express request of the customer, aimed at collecting the parcel to the courier or from a parcel locker.
Pets at home - an additional fee referring to pets that are normally present in the premises where the service is performed. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the absolute safety of the cleaning worker.
Pre-holiday service - an additional fee referring to services performed on the eve of polish public holidays and important church holidays, such as Boże Narodzenie, Nowy Rok, Trzech Króli, Wielkanoc, 1 i 3 Maja, Zielone Świątki, Boże Ciało, 15 Sierpnia, Wszystkich Świętych, Święto Niepodległości, when the demand for cleaning services is clearly increasing.
Monthly cleaning - an additional discount for cleaning and home help services performed for customers who use the Czyste Lokum's services on a regular basis as part of permanent cooperation.
Weekly cleaning - an additional discount for cleaning and home help services performed for customers who use the Czyste Lokum's services on a regular basis as part of permanent cooperation.
Travel cost - an additional fee charged for travel to the premises located outside the administrative borders of Warsaw, at the same time being in the area of Warsaw's public or suburban transport.
